These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leadcues, a CRM and WhatsApp engagement platform operated by Phanindra Chowdary M ("Leadcues", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Leadcues.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@leadcues.pro if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials.

4. Subscription and payment

For refund requests, email support@leadcues.pro. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you input into Leadcues — contacts, conversations, deals, and notes. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service. We will not access your data except to resolve technical issues, at your request, or as required by law. On account termination, you can request an export of your data within 30 days before deletion. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out scheduled maintenance (with advance notice) or experience unexpected downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions outside our reasonable control, including WhatsApp platform outages, hosting provider incidents, or internet disruptions.

8. Third-party integrations

Leadcues integrates with third-party services including WhatsApp (Meta), Razorpay, and others. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of third-party services.

9. Intellectual property

All software, design, branding, and content in Leadcues (excluding your data) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leadcues and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leadcues and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Leadcues after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
