FAQ

The questions everyone asks first

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API to use Leadcues?

No. Leadcues links an ordinary WhatsApp number by QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web does. There is no Meta approval queue to sit in, no template to get pre-approved, and no per-message fee on the way out.

Is Leadcues a real CRM or a WhatsApp inbox with a contacts tab?

A real CRM. Contacts, companies, deals, pipeline stages, tasks, quotes, and an activity timeline are all first-class. WhatsApp is built into that record rather than sitting alongside it, so a conversation and a deal are never two separate things you have to reconcile.

What happens to our conversations when a salesperson leaves?

They stay. Because threads belong to the workspace and are attached to contacts rather than to a person's handset, the history, the promises, and the relationship survive the resignation letter. Reassigning the account takes one click.

Can the whole team work out of one WhatsApp number?

Yes, and that is the point. Everyone sees the same threads, assignment decides who owns which conversation, private notes let the team talk without the customer seeing, and nothing depends on one person having their phone unlocked.

How much does it cost?

The CRM is free and does not expire. The shared WhatsApp inbox is ₹1,499 per user a month, with one WhatsApp number included and extra numbers at ₹999 a month. Pro adds email sync, automations, webhooks, and integrations at ₹2,999 per user a month.

Where is our data stored?

In the AWS Mumbai region, ap-south-1. Customer records and message history do not leave India except where a named third-party service is required to operate the product, and those are all listed on our compliance page.
