Leadcues

Everything the product does, in plain terms

One shared WhatsApp inbox, one CRM underneath it, and no seam in the middle where your context usually goes missing.

What a working day actually looks like

Most teams selling on WhatsApp run two systems that never speak. A spreadsheet or CRM holds the leads. Personal phones hold the conversations. Nothing reconciles, and the account history quietly becomes the private property of whoever owns the handset. Leadcues collapses that into one record.

  1. 1. The queue builds itself

Overdue follow-ups and open tasks already in the CRM become the day's work list. Nobody exports a CSV or rebuilds a chase list by hand every morning.

  2. 2. Messaging happens in place

A rep works the queue from the shared inbox. One team number, every reply attached to the deal rather than to a personal phone.

  3. 3. The record updates itself

Messages, outcomes, and next steps land on the deal timeline as they happen, so the pipeline shows real activity instead of whatever somebody remembered to type in at six in the evening.

How it fits together

The inbox and the CRM are the same product

Most tools give you a WhatsApp inbox and leave you to copy the good bits into a CRM afterwards. Nobody does that on a Friday evening. Leadcues writes the record as the conversation happens.

01

Chats become records

A number messages you and the contact is already there, matched, assigned, and waiting for whoever picks it up.

  • Shared inbox for ordinary WhatsApp numbers
  • Chats matched to contacts on the way in
  • Push any thread to a contact or a deal
  • Assignment, private notes, and SLA per thread
02

Deals carry their conversation

Open a deal and the WhatsApp history is right there, so nobody has to ask what was promised in March.

  • WhatsApp threads inside the CRM record
  • One to one chats and group chats both
  • Saved replies that still sound like a person
  • Full history attached to the deal, not a rep
03

Replies turn into work

A message is not the finish line. It becomes a task, a stage change, or a reminder that fires whether or not anyone remembered.

  • One activity timeline across every channel
  • Tasks and follow-ups raised from a thread
  • Notes, outcomes, and the agreed next step
  • Pipeline that reflects what was actually said

Questions teams ask before switching

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API to use Leadcues?
No. Leadcues works with ordinary WhatsApp numbers and groups, so you can start today without a Business API application, template approvals, or a BSP contract. If you move to the official API later, your CRM records and history stay exactly where they are.
What happens to conversation history when a rep leaves?
It stays. Conversations live on the CRM record rather than in one person's chat app, so the account history belongs to the team when someone resigns, goes on leave, or swaps territory.
Can several people work the same WhatsApp number?
Yes, and most teams do. The inbox is shared, assignment decides who owns which thread, and private notes let colleagues talk about a deal without the customer ever seeing it.
Can I keep a record of phone calls too?
Yes. Every contact keeps its call fields and activity timeline, so calls made on whatever phone system you already use can be logged against the deal. Leadcues holds the record of what happened. It is not trying to be your phone company.
